Yup, I've "tuned" my wheels on my 990, 1190 and now 1290 SAR with a dial indicator. Took the lateral run-out from 0.071 down to 0.01 in a matter of minutes. Much less wobble, much smoother ride. Spoke wheels on cars and bikes require a little love from time to time, especially if you go off-road from time to time.
