To use HDMI-CEC with your compatible TV, you need an Xbox One X, Xbox Series S, or Xbox Series X. To enable HDMI-CEC click on the Settings icon on your Xbox's home screen and navigate to Profile & System > Settings > General > TV & Display Options > TV & A/V Power Options.
